my mother

My mother passed  away this morning with my sister and my daughter at her side.
1/15/15, @ 9:15 am.
Love was in the room
Safe journey.
I love you.

  6. It's so hard to lose our moms. They take a little of our history with them when they pass. She must have been a remarkable woman. She raised some amazing children!

  12. I'm so sorry, Meredith. Sending you love and virtual hugs.
    Being surrounded by love is a huge comfort for both the living and the dying. My own mom has been gone for 3-1/2 years -- I couldn't be there, but knowing she was with those who loved her was and still is a comfort to me.
    I hope and pray you will be comforted.
