I knew I needed a service call. Why? Because the service guy TOLD me I would need a service call. He was at my house for one thing and wanted to fix something else that he found but in order for him to get the part and come back, I had to call the call center to make an appointment. I finally put him on the phone and heard him say, "I'm an LG tech and I don't need to try all these things." Ridiculous waste of time and money.

On a happy note, can't wait to see those pots come out of the kiln!Claudia from Idiot's Kitchenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01541460586713196175noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6574046592294768817.post-11371245251599306772013-10-30T21:29:23.544-04:002013-10-30T21:29:23.544-04:00How does a phone line break? After many hours on the phone they finally agreed to send someone out but they told us we'd be charged because it was probably our fault. Nope, it was on the poll. The repair guy even complained about how awful the customer no-service phone agents are. Of course he'd complain, he doesn't want to be held hostage, but he did get the problem fixed.Lori Buffhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00233955188892423314noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6574046592294768817.post-50819677287826069022013-10-30T08:38:17.072-04:002013-10-30T08:38:17.072-04:00Don't you love it when someone on a phone...po...Don't you love it when someone on a phone...possibly not even in this country...insists he knows what is wrong? My husband happened to be working from home that morning. When the repair guy said he had done all he could but we still didn't have service and he had to get to his next appointment. My said, very politely, call you supervisor on your phone and tell him you are being held hostage until we get service. Sure enough, the guy called his supervisor and handed the phone to Butch. The repair guy was here all day! We have a phone and so far it still works!
Go for hostage taking!Sandy Millerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10718069049436444431noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6574046592294768817.post-23821288651897213672013-10-29T19:51:58.643-04:002013-10-29T19:51:58.643-04:00This comment has been removed by a blog administrator.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00010828910460761567noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6574046592294768817.post-16764428694611167192013-10-29T19:17:46.511-04:002013-10-29T19:17:46.511-04:00Make more this won't be enough!
