The cooling kiln- A note on this kiln:
We built this kiln in 1986,she has been a great kiln. We are in the process of building a new kiln and she would have been finished by now if we had not stopped to deal with the" Fire". So, we are still in the big kiln; soft brick about 80 cubic foot and it takes a lot of pots and time to fill her up. The other kiln we are building is a small 20 cubic footer. This one will be taken down and rebuilt to about 1/2 her size. But don't tell her because we still need her for a bit longer!

Thanks Ann- it has been an interesting process. We are feeling pretty good about moving on.
