the debate has always been pond or lake. This rather large pond is not quite big enough for lake status. Going down the drive off the main road you follow the (large) pond around the drive and up towards the house and pottery. In the house I can see the water from just about any window on the pond facing side. We do love the pond- but sometimes you have to drive away to come back to the beauty of things.
What a beautiful place. Thanks for sharing. It's really lovely. I love in a beautiful part of the country too, and everyday I feel so grateful. I haven't stopped pinching myself since we moved here full-time last year!

Meredith - breathtaking! Thank you for sharing your amazing place! How do you ever leave home? Julia
Your driveway goes down by the old barn and out past your lake? Wow and wow again. The lake picture especially. Thanks for the visual treat.
How bucolic! Thought you called it a pond, it does look big enough to be a lake? Looks very relaxing.
