We're working

Making a list and checking it twice- 2 weeks to fill the big gas kiln.

3 days in and we have mugs, sugar jars, small plates ,cruets, pumpkin jars, 4#crocks.

And tomorrow is another day.

There are always flowers to smell.

Magnolia, you sweet thing.

  3. I am in awe of how much you two can get done in a day...AND smell the flowers, and chat with the birds, and relocate snakes!! How big is that kiln anyway?

  5. M - what is a pumpkin crock?

Those magnolias are just lovely! We don't get them out here in the desert - a beautiful thing you get special just for those of you that are lucky enough to live in the south. :)

The blueberry cake is called a buckle. There are many different recipes that are pretty close to one another- i read them all and then pick one. I would be happy to share.
