Taking down the door and some quick looks
We are slowing opening up the kiln.
There is still a whole mess of heat in there and even with rain it is still a tad muggy out there, what did I expect spring?

The mugs for 4 saints are winners.
I will post about a loser late... but there has to be a few of those in a kiln this size.
