A family moment

William Lee of Knightdale, left, and his co-worker Joel Heywood of Cary get in a lunchtime run on the Black Creek Trail near Lake Crabtree in Cary.
Our Son and his co-worker in an article which ran in the Raleigh paper .

Joel and Katie will be getting married next year.
Below is a picture of Joel and his future brother- in -law Matthew.
It is going to be one wild bachelor party! I bet these two could throw back a few bottles.

That's terrific that you son is working out - I used to run religiously but stopped this summer, though I have been walking. I've been thinking of getting back into it again. It's so hard to start up again. My hubby bikes to work everyday and plays racket ball at lunch - I think it's keeping him healthy. I'm not sure how people who work in an office would find the time otherwise.

I love this line, "I bet these two could throw back a few bottles." chuckling...

Hi Cynthia- I know about working out- I am off my game since July and need to get back to walking. we use to walk 3 miles at least 3-4 times a week.
Time to go back, my thighs and knees are talking to me!
Love the picture of Joel and Matthew- Katie also has a younger sister Annie- who is a doll and a sister closer to her age we have not met yet.
