storms

It was stormy the last few days- windy and rainy with Tornado warnings.
When I went to bed last night the wind was whipping, the rain was pouring down and I slept like a rock.
Go figure.
I have so much going on I should be awake pacing the floor but I slept.
felt pretty good.
There seem to be a lot of storms in my life right now but the thing about storms is that there is a point they blow over.
Then you get this:

Test for the backsplash:
and just glazing away....
waiting for the next storm...
and fall...

Nice. I don't know the last time I've seen water so quiet.

Beautiful photos, it looks so tranquil very difficult to imagine how it would look all stormy! Hope your doing alright.

I would put a swing down by that pond and never get up! Beautiful shot. I love storms, I can remember sleeping through hurricanes when I lived at the beach, my mom could never understand how I was able to sleep through them. You have had a stormy year haven't you! But you also have that tranquil pond....

Hollis- you just made Mark laugh out loud! How I wish it would rain tomatoes!
Thanks all- I feel a tad more center today- but still crazy with things going on!

Hey I wish it would rain money and then I'd buy tomatoes (home grown of course), thanks for packing up the work at the show.
