They begin with coffee or tea.
Booting up the computers and seeing what has happened in the WWW while we were sleeping.
Then as I fix coffee or tea I can look out the kitchen windows and see the day.
Today has the look of winter as all the leaves have been giving it up and floating down to rest on the ground to be crunched on as we walk through them.
The sun hitting the pines and the pond are both somewhat deceiving in that they say warm but when you step outside you can tell you had better be dressed in more than flip flops. ( well this goes without saying..)
The pack and ship department is in full swing here as we play Christmas elves for folks that need presents.
It is a warm feeling that many folks are paying attention to shopping homemade, handmade by giving gifts that have a lasting meaning.
I can not be more grateful.
I am working on tiles and Mark is a little down with a cold today.

I grew up at the beach, going barefoot all year long, hate putting on shoes more than anything! Hopefully not a slow Sunday here for me, need some tour visitors to get out and shop today!

Starting out slow with coffee and the internet, but we have to shift into high gear soon and get pots finished and into the bisque kiln.
We will end the day with some homemade mac & cheese, good ole comfort food.
mac and cheese.....is there anything better??
Going to get the papers and then take it easy. Want to to a little glazing so stuff will be ready to decorate tomorrow.

Definitely a slow start this morning. A fair show yesterday followed by pizza too late. Today I will let the dust settle and organize my studio at LibertyTown for The Season....
LOVE the photos. My slow Sunday, so far, has consisted soaking my calloused feet in very hot water and Epsom salts (a result of wearing shoes as little as possible), and reading the NY times while drinking too much coffee (it takes several cups to get through The Times). Then check the 'net for the news.
Glazed a cone 6 load. Done by noon. Plan on staying done for the rest of the day.
A slow Sunday sounds lovely, mine was pretty active but also really fun. I'll tell you about it in a post tomorrow or the next day.
