What I am working on

This is my work this past week:
Drawn in pencil, then waxed

Layers of glaze are applied

More glaze

wax is painted over glaze
This has been my slow work this past week, I am ready to apply the background glazes next.
Then hold my breathe when we fire.

How beautiful. Question: how do you wax right after the pencil drawing? What part gets waxed before you apply glaze? And then how do you glaze over wax? I've been doing tulips on a bunch of mugs this week. Hope your tiles come out!

Let me get that together and get back with you.

I'm usually glazing designs, then waxing them, then putting glaze on the bare clay. Done on bisque-ware. Just didn't understand your first sentence. Thanks.
